Please ensure your membership is up to date in order to vote during this meeting!!  

Board nominations can be done by any member and do not require a second. Please check with the person you are nominating prior to nominating them.  You are welcome to self-nominate.  

If would like to make a motion for a bylaw change or addition, there will be time to complete this during this meeting.   A quorum is required to vote on bylaw changes.  Should a quorum not be present on the meeting, per the bylaws the vote can revert to the board only.
